Daylight Saving Time is March 14th this year! Don’t forget to change your clock 1 hour ahead on Saturday night before you go to bed.

Daylight Saving Time was created in order to save energy as the daylight hours lengthen in Spring and Summer.  We lose an hour in Spring and gain it back in Fall.  We remember how to change our clocks with the phrase, “Spring Forward, Fall Back.”

For more information on Daylight Saving Time, visit this site:

Beth and I were happy to welcome twelve participants to our International Conversation Cafe this week. Wondering what countries they came from? Turkey, China, Spain, Korea, Mongolia, and France!

We talked about how different the health care system is in each of their countries ~ and what it is like in the United States.

Come join us this coming Thursday for another trip around the world in our conversation cafe!
